The College Planning and Development Council Abbreviated (CPDC) Govt. College concerned is established in the name of College Planning and Development Council of Govt. Degree College as per the resolution of staff council.
The Principal (President) concerned will nominate all the members in consultation with the staff council of the college. The Lecturer-Members should be one senior Lecturer and two suitable senior Lectures from GCTA-GCGTA-A.P
The Members will elect the Secretary of the CPDC. The usual term of a member on the committee is for two years. The Principal and Lecturer will cease to be member if they are transferred or retired. The new Principal will automatically become the President. The Parent member will lose his or her membership when the students of their ward are completed their course. The vacancies of members will be filled in by the President from time to time.
